Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $54.00. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of $16.20 applies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (additional fees apply)
• International: 10-20 business days depending on destination

Packaging

Each plate is carefully wrapped in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, including recycled cardboard and biodegradable packing materials.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
